Ingredients: every herb needs a reason

AAVIE formulates from a library of more than 35 Ayurvedic herbs. Here are 12 of them, what Ayurveda says about each, and why the right dose matters.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

AAVIE formulates your supplement from a library of more than 35 Ayurvedic herbs, chosen for your requirement. Each supplement uses 7 to 12 of them. The twelve featured herbs are below, and the other 25+ are used as your assessment calls for.

How herbs are chosen

A rules-based selection engine proposes herbs from your answers. A Vaidya reviews and can change the selection before it ships. Safety checks, including medicines and conditions, come first. Some herbs are swapped out for certain profiles as a precaution.

The right herb, in the right amount

A herb only works as intended in the right amount, and that amount depends on your Prakriti and current Vikriti. Read why not less and why not more.

Good to know: AAVIE is a herbal supplement. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not replace medical care. Speak to your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medicines.
