How your supplement is selected
Your answers go into a rules-based selection engine built with our Vaidya team. It proposes herbs that suit your pattern. A Vaidya then reviews the selection, can add or remove herbs, and signs it off. Safety checks, including your medicines and conditions, come before anything is blended.
If your answers suggest something that needs a doctor first, we tell you, and the Vaidya may ask you to speak with a doctor before your supplement is approved.
Common questions
Do I have to buy a supplement after the assessment?
No. The app, assessment and report are free. Ordering is the only paid step and it is optional.
How long does the assessment take?
It is a set of questions about your body and routine. You can answer at your own pace in the app.
What is Prakriti?
Prakriti is the Ayurvedic idea of your natural constitution, shaped by the three doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. It is a traditional framework, not a medical diagnosis.
What is Vikriti?
Vikriti is your current state of imbalance, which can differ from your natural Prakriti. AAVIE asks about it so your supplement reflects how you are now.
Do I retake the assessment?
Yes. AAVIE plans run over three cycles. You reassess each cycle and your next supplement is selected from your new answers.
