What is AAVIE?
AAVIE is a personalised Ayurvedic supplement for women, built from a free assessment in the AAVIE app. It is designed to support your cycle and hormonal balance, and a Vaidya reviews every supplement before it ships.
Who is AAVIE for?
AAVIE is made for adult women (18 and over) who want personalised support for their cycle and hormonal balance.
What makes AAVIE different from a regular supplement?
A regular supplement is the same for everyone. AAVIE selects herbs from your assessment, has a Vaidya review them, and lets you reassess each cycle.
Health and safety
Does AAVIE treat PCOS or any condition?
No. AAVIE is a herbal supplement. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including PCOS. It is designed to support cycle regularity and hormonal balance.
Is AAVIE safe?
AAVIE is made from natural herbs under GMP with an FSSAI licence, and every supplement is reviewed by a Vaidya. No herb is right for everyone, so tell us about your medicines and conditions in the assessment.
Can I take AAVIE with medicines?
Speak to your doctor first, especially if you take medicines for thyroid, diabetes, blood thinning or hormones.
Can I take AAVIE if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Speak to your doctor first. Many herbs need extra caution in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Who reviews my supplement?
A qualified Vaidya and Acharya review every AAVIE supplement before it is blended and dispatched.
The supplement
What is the AAVIE supplement?
It is a personalised Ayurvedic herbal supplement, taken morning and evening, selected for your cycle and hormonal-balance support needs and reviewed by a Vaidya.
What form is it?
A powder. Your supplement has two pre-measured powder blends: AM Body Care for the morning and PM Cycle Care for the evening.
What does it taste like?
Ayurvedic herbs are often bitter, earthy or astringent, and the taste varies with the herbs in your blend. Your pack has directions for taking it.
How do I take it?
Take the AM blend in the morning and the PM blend in the evening, following the directions on your pack. Do not take more than directed.
What is the difference between AM Body Care and PM Cycle Care?
The AM blend is built around your overall body, such as digestion and metabolism. The PM blend is built around your cycle and hormonal balance. Both are selected from your assessment.
How long does one supplement last?
Each supplement is made for one cycle, about a month. You reassess each cycle, and your next supplement can differ.
How many herbs are in it?
Each supplement uses 7 to 12 herbs, chosen from a library of more than 35 Ayurvedic herbs.
Is it made with natural herbs?
Yes. AAVIE supplements are made with 100% natural herbs, under GMP, with an FSSAI licence. Your pack lists the herbs in your blend.
Where is it made?
In India, under GMP, with free delivery across India in 5 to 7 days.
Can I take it with other supplements or medicines?
Speak to your doctor first, especially if you take medicines for thyroid, diabetes, blood thinning or hormones. Tell us about your medicines in the assessment.
What if I miss a day?
Take your next blend as usual. Do not double up.
How should I store it?
Keep it closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Cycles take time to show change, so AAVIE plans run over three cycles. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Cost and ordering
What does it cost?
The app, assessment and report are free. The supplement costs ₹1,899 per month (one cycle), or ₹1,329 with the 30% pre-book offer.
Do I have to buy after the assessment?
No. Ordering is the only paid step and it is optional.

How is my data used?
