Body intelligence: reading the signals your body already gives

Your body keeps giving you information. AAVIE’s assessment is built to read it.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Body intelligence is the idea that your body already gives you information: the rhythm of your cycle, your appetite and digestion, your sleep, your energy and your mood. AAVIE’s assessment asks about these signals and reads them through Ayurvedic principles to understand your Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni and Ama.

The signals AAVIE asks about

  • Cycle length, regularity and flow
  • Symptoms around your period
  • Appetite, digestion and elimination
  • Sleep and stress
  • Energy and mood
  • Food and daily routine

Why your own pattern matters

Averages hide the individual. A 30-day cycle can be normal for one woman and a change for another. Body intelligence starts from your own baseline and notices how you differ from it.

How AAVIE reads the signals

Your answers are read through Ayurvedic principles: Prakriti for your baseline, Vikriti for how you are now, Agni for digestion and Ama for signs of sluggish digestion. A rules-based engine proposes a supplement and a Vaidya reviews it. Read more in the science behind AAVIE.

What body intelligence is not

  • Not a diagnosis
  • Not a medical test
  • Not a replacement for seeing a doctor
Good to know: AAVIE is a herbal supplement. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not replace medical care. Speak to your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medicines.
